The New York Highway Relocation in Hamilton County, Amendment 7, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 7, was on the ballot in New York on November 7, 1961, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This measure would have granted the use of "forest preserve lands in Hamilton county to permit highway relocation."[1]
