The North Dakota County Superintendents Referendum, also known as Number 2, was on the September 6, 1966 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure related to the question of whether or not a County Superintendent of Schools may serve two or more counties or parts of counties.
