Michael Buser
Michael Buser was a judge of the Kansas Court of Appeals. He assumed office on January 28, 2005. He left office on January 31, 2022.
Buser ran for re-election for judge of the Kansas Court of Appeals. He won in the retention election on November 6, 2018.
He was appointed to the court by Democratic Governor Kathleen Sebelius.[1][2] Buser retired on January 31, 2022.[3]
Education
Buser earned his B.A. in theology and American government from Georgetown University in 1974. He received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1977.[1]
