The Minnesota Reorganization of Judicial Power Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 6, 1956 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted the legislature to reorganize the judicial power of the state.[1]
