The Minnesota Railroad Taxes Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 5, 1974 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the legislature to establish the rate and method of railroad taxes.[1]
