Biography

Mark Metcalf was born in Lancaster, Kentucky. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1992 to 2020. He earned a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1980 and 1985, respectively. His career experience includes working as a prosecutor. Metcalf has been affiliated with Veterans of Foreign Wars and the University of Kentucky Alumni Association.[1]
