The Maryland Treasurer Short Term Notes Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the state treasurer to make and sell short-term notes in the name of the state in anticipation of the collection of revenue, including revenue from the sale of bonds.[1]
