Kelly Juleson-Scopino
Kelly Juleson-Scopino (formerly Kelly Luxenberg) is a former Democratic member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 12 from 2015 to 2019.
Biography
Juleson-Scopino's professional experience includes working as a legislative aide. She has served on the Manchester School Board. She was previously married to former state Rep. Geoff Luxenberg (D), who also represented District 12 from 2010 to 2014.[1]

Elections for the Connecticut House of Representatives consisted of a primary election on August 12, 2014, and a general election on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 10, 2014. Kelly J.S. Luxenberg was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Rusty Meek was unopposed in the Republican primary. Luxenberg defeated Meek in the general election.[3][4]
