Keith Heard
Keith Heard was a Democratic candidate for Georgia insurance and safety fire commissioner in the 2014 elections.[1]
Heard is a former Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 114 from 1993 to 2013.
Biography
Heard's professional experience includes working as an insurance salesman with the Allstate Insurance Company.
He is a member of the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce, Athens Tutorial Program Board, GABEO Corporate Roundtable Board, Georgia Association of Life Underwriters, National Association of Life Underwriters, and is chair of the Private Industry Council.[2]

Heard ran in the 2012 election for Georgia House of Representatives District 118. Heard was defeated by Spencer Frye in the Democratic primary on July 31, 2012. Carter Kessler defeated Christopher Perlera in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4][5]
