I want to find a solution to the gun epidemic in this country. There are too many people being slaughtered with military grade assualt rifles. I don't buy the argument that the second amendment allows individuals to own assualt rifles. I want to raise the age limit to buy guns to 21, have a 60 day wait period and attach a liability insurance policy to the gun and the owner for any shootings and deaths that occur as a result of shooting that gun
