|- I was raised as a Democrat, because my family believed the Democratic Party represented working families, and a long time ago, in fact, they did. But over time, I saw the the party become more progressive, radical, and harmful to our communities. They became the party of high taxes, wasteful spending, poverty, crime, blight, economic decline, backroom deals for radical special interests, and broken promises. Their policies harmed working families and retirees in Rhode Island. I then switched parties, registered as a Republican, and never looked back.
- I am running for State Representative to make Rhode Island affordable, hold the line on taxes, support our police, protect parental rights, promote common-sense policies that incentivize economic growth, and, most importantly, stop my opponent's ultra-progressive agenda.
- Unfortunately, the incumbent has proven to be one of the worst Representatives on Smith Hill, and that’s saying a lot. She supports every tax increase, wasteful spending program, and bills that weaken law enforcement and protect criminals. She is not accessible to constituents or responsive to their concerns. Her agenda does not match the needs of our district. In fact, her agenda of defunding the police, ending cash bail, and the legalization of hard drugs will make our city resemble some of the most unsafe cities in America.
The second essential principle is honesty. I will always be honest about my positions, ideas, and votes. I will publish all of my votes, and I will always be available to discuss them with constituents.
