Jeff has called Ohio’s Fourth Congressional District home most of my life. I was born and raised in Lima, and I graduated from the Lima Bath School District with the Class of 1985. My teenage daughter, Emily, goes to the same public schools I attended. Since 1991, I have worked as a Forklift Operator, Warehouse Supervisor and a Logistics Manager.
  • Protecting a Woman's Right to Choose what she does with her body.
  • Protecting Democracy: Which side of history will you be on?
  • Protecting the environment
Veterans Affairs, Heath Care, Agricultural Issues
My father, George, who is no longer with us. He always wanted us to do the right thing. He worked hard for his family and always protected the family name. He was a great man!
Pride (in the job you are doing for the people)

Integrity (to do the right things for the people)

Guts (to go it alone when you know its right)
To listen to the People! Do your best to make their lives better by passing legislation to help them, getting funds to the district to help people and to show up and listen to criticism and encouragement for your job performance.
My first job was McDonald's straight out of high school. I held the job for 1 1/2 years before entering the military.
King Arthur from Monte Python Search for the Holy Grail
All my Ex's live in Texas by George Straight. I love that song!
The House has lost its way in recent years. We need a return to working for the people not partisanship we have seen for the past decade. The House should be filled with integrity (to do the right thing for the people) and guts (to stand up to the status quo and say this is wrong).
No, the Founding fathers wrote the Constitution so the People could serve and help govern this great Nation.
I am against term limits. I believe you need to learn the job and understand how it works. Like any job, you learn more and more every year on the job. I believe that we should, instead, have age limits. We see this in the airline industry and in Ohio in the Judiciary Branch.
An older lady that lived through WW2 in Germany relayed a story from her husband. She told me that her husband had been arrested in Austria by the Nazis and sent to Dachau. His mother went to Berlin and paid the Nazis for his freedom. He was told he was to leave Germany and never return. He later came back with Allied Forces as a translator to free Germany from Nazism. Her husband told her that what happened to Germany could happen anywhere and anytime. She said that when she saw Trump come down the escalator, she knew what he had told her. He told her that warning in 1994. This is one story of many I have been told from my time in Germany with the U.S. Army.
We once had compromise in our government. We should be working to make American lives better and we can only do that through compromise.
We must prioritize tax-payer money to benefit the tax-payer. This should mean a government no larger or smaller than what American's need to be successful in their lives.

An example of this is the military budget which is approaching $1 trillion per year. I feel we should take several billion dollars of these funds and redirect it to our veteran health care and facilities.
Yes but not like we are seeing under Rep. Jim Jordan.

My name is Jeffrey A. Sites. It was 34 years ago that I graduated from Lima Bath High School, a public high school. I didn't know, on that day, where my life was taking me but what a journey it has been!

I have a great daughter, Emily who is 15 and has started driving. She attends the same high school I did. Emily and I have had some bad times and some very good times together and I look forward to many more great times in the future. She is an awesome daughter! My journey has taken me to Germany after I joined the Army in 1987. I am proud to be called a veteran for serving in the peace-time Army. I never fail to say "thank you" to veterans/combat veterans who have risked and sacrificed for this great nation. As a military spouse, we were stationed at SHAPE Belgium. This is Strategic Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (NATO). There, I had the great honor to meet our Allies and become friends in a short period of time that I was in Belgium. Turks, British, French, Canadian, Germans, Americans and a host of other Allies, all standing together to keep the World free from nations such as Russia. I eventually landed back here in little bean town, Lima, my home. I am now an Assistant Manager of Logistics for an auto supplier in Findlay. I have been there for 6 years. The question candidates are always asked, "why are you running?" I give you this quote from Albert Einstein,

"The world will not be destroyed by those who are evil, but by those who watch them without
  • WE can create a better healthcare system that will benefit all Americans
  • WE can combat climate change and reverse its effects for future generations
  • WE can protect the rights of women and their freedom to do what THEY want to do with THEIR own bodies. The government should stay out of it.
