Jeff Baxter
Jeff Baxter was a Republican member of the Washington State Senate District 4.
Baxter took the place of Bob McCaslin who resigned in January, 2011 because of health reasons. Baxter was sworn in February 14, 2011 to the District 4 Senate seat.[1] He lost his bid for re-election to the seat in a special election on November 8, 2011.[2]
