Jerry Byrd
Jerry Byrd was an associate judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He was appointed to the court on November 21, 2003 and retired on October 5, 2009[1][2][3]
Education
Byrd received his undergraduate degree from Fisk University in 1961 and his J.D. from Howard Law School in 1964. In 1975, Byrd earned an Associate Degree in business administration from Southeastern University.[3]
