Biography
James Moylan was born in Tumon, Guam, and lives in Guam. Moylan graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. He served in the U.S. Army. Moylan earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Guam. His career experience includes working as a parole officer with the Department of Corrections and in the healthcare, financial services, and insurance sectors.[1]
