Judy D. Vance is a circuit court judge for the 29th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Adair and Casey counties of Kentucky.[1] She was elected to the court on November 6, 2012, and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[2][3] Her current eight-year term expires on January 1, 2023.[4]
