|Since 2008 I have served RUSD students, staff family and the Rialto community to the best of my abilities. As your Assembly member I will do my best to care for everyone that will come under my care.
We see elected officials having total disregard for our laws. Disobedience is being allowed by DA’s and encouraged by calls to defund the police. We see the result of disobedience and rebellion as people running rampant on our streets, looting and pillaging.
My message is a simple, positive clarion call: Obedience and Accountability from our elected officials. Obey your oath and respect the Integrity of the peoples’ vote!- Accountability: candidates, define your integrity by adhering to your oath.

Water is essential to life. Improve water resources. Invest in water technology.
Electricity is essential to prosperity. Invest in production and technology.
Fossil Fuels, gas. Drill baby drill.

The taxpayer knows best how to use their own money.
The adversity Lincoln faced from inheriting the problems of the North v South, of slavery and the division of the Nation. Discerning and the making of great leaders out of Union generals with questionable abilities.

Now is the time to “Vote your Christian values.”
God wants obedience.
Behavior defines people. Obedient, disobedient or rebellious.
Accountability: candidates, define your integrity by adhering to your oath.
Integrity! Legislate rather than disobeying laws.
Joe has a history of service to his communities. As a student of leadership and mentor for over 36 years, he serves as a dedicated public leader skilled in bringing about positive change while embracing a “win-win” philosophy.
Being obedient to existing or newly created laws, I will, to the best of my ability, serve the need and care for my people within the State of California, while being attentive to the needs of Assembly District 45.
Matthew 25:34-36
Kirby vacuum's, Fuller Brush. I learned that I liked people. I didn't like the delay in commission sales. I wanted my money, Now.
McDonalds, a more traditional pay calendar suited my expectations.
I grew up reading the bible daily at a Catholic school, run by nun's. The biblical life lessons are amazing and always timely and new every day.
I'd love to have the power to have everyone tell the truth.
The legislature is designed to enact laws and fund the state budget.
The Judicial branch of government is meant to hold the other two branches, Governor and legislative, accountable.
Seemingly, any time people feel it is politically beneficial, or harmful to their political career, the governor and legislature will abdicate their duties and allow the other branch of government to dishonor their office.
Just like at home, to balance the budget, stay afloat, a family has the option to spend less or earn more. Sacramento and Washington choose the option to tax more. The people must stand up and say to Sacramento; tax less, spend less. Balance the State Budget.
The influx of people into California, and the Nation, causes a strain on the taxpayer and resources (WATER?). Raising wages to inflate tax income is also the cause of inflation. Raising wages gives Sacramento political capital to delay the collapse of the State until after their terms are up.
Financial shortfalls are historically passed down to local city and school governments. Put another way, expect the State to balance the coming budget shortfall on our backs locally. The State can claim they balanced the State budget (OUR OWN TAX MONEY). but local government, streets, services, cuts to programs are the outcome.
We see inflation. The bible says a loaf of bread will cost a days wages. Gas is $6 and above. The Clean Energy ploy, is forcing people to consider an electric vehicle. Then electric rates will become unaffordable due to demand. More use of electric cars causes more demand for electricity.
All new homes in CA are to have Solar as a mandate. Now, I understand, Sacramento is considering taxing the Solar panels on our homes.
WATER! We are in the midst of a drought folks. Not enough water and people are coming across an open border to worsen our circumstances.
Electricity and water; more people= less availability = price increases.

Sacramento and Washington, do not have to comply with the Brown Act. Which is an open meeting, legislate in public law. It slows down the business for local government meetings.
Even when done correctly, not everyone will be pleased by the maps drawn. Especially by the politicians that prefer to skew the map, and good of the people, for their own political influence.
Not necessarily in that order.
I really enjoy the non-partisan aspect of being a school board member.
COVID compounds the misery and there seems to be no leadership to follow. No plan but to throw money at it as a distraction. Voters are smart. People know the day of financial reckoning will come. So dread only amplifies their concerns.
Knock, knock....
People wishing to skew the laws are not compromising, they are being disobedient and rebellious to our laws. Elected legislators are there to enact or change laws not disregard them.
