Biography
Joseph Sanchez earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of New Mexico, an M.B.A. from New Mexico State University, and an M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of New Mexico. His career experience includes working as an electrical engineer and engineering manager with Los Alamos National Laboratory and as the general manager and CEO of the Jemez Mountains Electric Cooperative.[1]
