The Idaho Limit Size of Legislature Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 4, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure limited the size of the legislature, and also banned floterial districts.[1]
