Isaac Newton Blackford
Isaac Newton Blackford (1786-1859) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims and a judge on the Indiana Supreme Court.
In 1855, Blackford was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Franklin Pierce. He was commissioned on March 3, 1855, and served until his death on December 31, 1859.[1]
