A vote about whether to recall Henry Leger from his position on the Fountain Hills, Arizona, town council took place on March 13, 2012. Leger was retained in office.[1]

Background

Residents submitted a petition with the needed 1,317 signatures to initiate the recall of Leger. The main reason behind the recall effort was the support of the single trash hauler for the town. Leger commented that the recall took away from more important issues facing the town.[2]
