Hutto City Bond Propositions, 4 (November 2009)

Four Hutto City Bond Propositions were on the November 3 ballot in Williamson County for voters in the city of Hutto. Two were approved, one was defeated.[1]

  • The first proposition sought to issue a bond in the amount of $8,500,000 in order to help pay for street improvements.

  • No: 277 (39.68%)
  • The second proposition sought to issue a bond in the amount of $3,300,000 in order to help pay for Fritz Park and any other future parks that may be acquired.
  • Yes: 360 (51.50%)Approveda
  • No: 339 (48.50%)
  • The third proposition sought to issue a bond in the amount of $6,000,000 in order to help pay for city sports complex.
  • Yes: 308 (44.19%)
  • No: 389 (55.81%)Defeatedd
  • The fourth proposition sought to issue a bond in the amount of $5,000,000 in order to pay for a city YMCA building.[2]

  • No: 322 (46.13%)
