The Georgia Juvenile Court Case Venues Amendment, also known as Amendment 12, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 4, 1980, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure provided that the venue of juvenile court cases may be determined by the Juvenile Court Code of Georgia.[1]
