The Georgia Bonded Indebtedness of Savannah Amendment, also known as Amendment 8, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 4, 1924, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure increased the bonded indebtedness of the mayor and aldermen of Savannah.[1]
