The Georgia Retirement Benefits Increases Amendment, also known as Amendment 20, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 7, 1972, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized the general assembly to occasionally increase retirement benefits.[1]
