Michelle McCord is the superintendent of the Frenship Independent School District. McCord was appointed superintendent in November 2015. McCord's previous career experience includes working as the district's deputy superintendent and assistant superintendent of administrative services.[1]

The Frenship Independent School District board of trustees consists of seven members elected to three-year terms. All board members are elected at large by place.[2]
