Caruso (Republican Party, Democratic Party, Conservative Party) ran for re-election for judge of the New York Supreme Court 8th Judicial District. He won in the general election on November 2, 2021.
Education
Caruso earned his B.A. from Ohio University in 1966. He received his J.D. from the University of Buffalo Law School in 1969, and he earned an air and space law certificate from the McGill University Institute of Air and Space Law in 1970.[1][2]
