Deb Morrow was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of South Carolina.[1]

Morrow was defeated by incumbent trey Gowdy.[2] Morrow ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent South Carolina's 4th District. Morrow defeated Jimmy Tobias in the Democratic primary June 12. The general election was November 6, 2012. [3]

Morrow shut down her official campaign Twitter account after two tweets allegedly calling her opponent, incumbent Rep. Trey Gowdy (R), a homosexual were leaked to local media. Gowdy spokesperson Josh Dix said he felt the tweet was an accident.[4]
