Denise Saenz Blanchard was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 34th Congressional District of Texas.

Blanchard ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 34th District. She and Filemon Vela defeated Elmo Aycock, Ramiro Garza, Jr., Juan Angel Guerra, Salomon Torres, Anthony Troiani and Armando Villalobos in the Democratic primary on May 29, 2012. Blanchard was then defeated in the subsequent runoff election.[1][2][3]
