David Certo
David Certo is a judge of the Marion County Superior Court in Indiana. He assumed office in 2007. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.
Certo ran for re-election for judge of the Marion County Superior Court in Indiana. He won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.
Certo was appointed by Governor Mitch Daniels in August 2007, and elected to a full term in 2008.[1]
Biography
Certo received a B.A. in government and theology from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Indiana University McKinney Law School.[1]
Prior to his judicial appointment, Certo served as legal counsel to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.[2]
