Passionate about making life better for All

Persistant
On February 6, 1999 I had the pleasure of interviewing civil rights icon Rosa Parks on her 86th birthday. During this “I can’t believe I’m talking to Rosa Parks” conversation, I was amazed to hear about how the mother of the modern day civil rights movement learned to how to email in her 80’s. Inspired by this historical conversation, I established the grassroots educational non-profit Mother Of Many, on August 12, 1999. America was on the brink of entering the 21st century and I had a dream of making history by bridging the digital divide between the civil rights generation, the hip-hop generation and their children as well as building bridges of peace and unity between youth, law enforcement and communities of all ethnic backgrounds.
Definitely needed in Congress and the Supreme Court.
No I do not. I believe the most important qualifier are connecting with the people through grassroots struggles and experiences This gives our political representatives a real world view of how to solve issues their constituents care about most.
