Miller was the director of the governor’s Office of Species Conservation from 2012 to 2018. He was the office's environmental liaison from 2008 to 2012. He previously worked as a natural resources field coordinator for U.S. Sen. Larry Craig and as an issues advocate for the Idaho Farm Bureau.[1]
