Waste of TAX Dollars. Example: Repave a street one year and dig it up and relocate it to improve traffic flow the next year. When I asked about this at a meeting after the work was finished I was told that the repaving was from "Maintenance" funds and the Relocating was from" New Construction" funds.

My reply was "It is all Tax Payers money."
