Charles Martin Jr. (Republican Party) (also known as Chuck) is a member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 49. He assumed office in 2003. His current term ends on January 11, 2027.

Biography
Martin's professional experience includes working as the director of asset systems and customer relationship management with MedAssets Limited Liability Company, founder/principal of Martin Business Solutions and Total Technical Solutions, and manager of Net Solutions Now, LLC, and Rock Mill Partners, LLC. Martin served as mayor of Alpharetta from 1996 to 2002, and was on the Alpharetta City Council from 1993 to 1995.
