Charles Martoni
Charles Martoni was a Democratic District 8 representative on the Allegheny County Council in Pennsylvania. First elected in 1999, Martoni won a new term in the general election on November 7, 2017.
Martoni died on May 19, 2019.[1][2]
Biography
Martoni earned his bachelor's degree and master's degree from California University. He later received his doctoral degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Martoni was a campus president and adjunct faculty member for the Community College of Allegheny County.[3]
