Biography
Roberts is retired from the dairy industry. He was appointed to the board in 2013. He also serves on the Swatara Township Sewer Authority.[3]

Six of the nine seats on the Central Dauphin school board were up for election in the general election on November 3, 2015. There was a primary election on May 19, 2015.
Region 1 incumbents Bill Roberts and Jeanne Webster won election to the board. Roberts won a four-year term and Webster won a two-year term. The race for the two open seats in Region 3 included the two unopposed incumbents Stephen Smith and Ford S. Thompson.[2]
In Region 2, newcomers Linda Dallago and Cara Fickes also ran unopposed in the general election for the two open seats.
