|- We are created by God and have been endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, the first of which is the Right to Life. Every life is valuable, and I am an outspoken advocate for the unborn and for the expectant mothers who are caught in difficult circumstances.
- The second amendment is the citizen's last line of defense against an oppressive government, and I will NEVER vote for any form of gun control. Red Flag laws are a prime example of legislation being forced on us by the Federal Government and anti-Second Amendment groups. You can count on my NO vote against any law that infringes your constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
- Taxation beyond the minimal needs of maintaining a functional government is a form of theft. I will work tirelessly to reduce burdensome taxes and will ensure that your tax dollars are spent wisely. I support a repeal of the state grocery tax, which affects working families directly. I will also work toward finding a real solution to the skyrocketing property taxes that are forcing Idahoans out of their homes.
Every American has the right to life, liberty, and property. Ownership of one's self is a founding principle of our Republic and I will work tirelessly to ensure that Government is not infringing on the rights of the free People of Idaho.
I advocate for a limited federal government footprint in Idaho. Idahoans know best how to manage our lands and wildlife, and I will continue to promote State oversight, where citizens are able to influence most effectively.
Samuel Adams said it best: "If we continue to be a happy people, that happiness must be assured by the enacting and executing of reasonable and wise laws, expressed in the plainest language, and by establishing such modes of education as tend to inculcate in the minds of youth, the feelings and habits of "piety, religion and morality," and to lead them to the knowledge and love of those truly Republican principles upon which our civil institutions are founded."

Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
