The Alabama Winston County Tax Collection Amendment, also known as Amendment 11, was on the ballot in Alabama on September 28, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to allow Winston County to create a county Revenue Commissioners Office that would result from the consolidation of the offices of the tax assessor and tax collector.[1]
