Anne Grassie (Democratic Party) was a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Strafford 11. Grassie assumed office in 1994. Grassie left office in 2014.
Grassie (Democratic Party) ran for election to the New Hampshire State Senate to represent District 6. Grassie lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Biography
Grassie attended the College for Lifelong Learning. Her professional experiences include working as an assistant director, program director and as a producer at Specialty Food Items.[1]

Elections for the New Hampshire House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on September 9, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Incumbent Anne Grassie was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Susan DeLemus was unopposed in the Republican primary. Grassie and DeLemus faced off in the general election.[2] DeLemus defeated incumbent Grassie in the general election,[3]

On November 2, 2010, Grassie won re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
Grassie advanced past the September 14 primary election. She faced incumbent Sandra Keans (D), incumbent Elaine Lauterborn (D), incumbent William Brennan (D), incumbent Pamela Hubbard (D), incumbent Rose Marie Rogers (D), incumbent Warren Groen (R), incumbent Julie Brown (R), Shawn Mickelonis (D), Pete Dow (D), Sandra Teti (D), Laura Jones (R), Cliff Newton (R), Kyle Jones (R), Fred Leonard (R), Bernhard McKay (R), Susan DeLemus (R) and Evelyn Logan (R) in the November 2 general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Grassie finished second for the nine-seat Strafford 1 District in New Hampshire receiving 6,525 votes, behind Democrat Sandra Keans (6,537) and ahead of Democrats Pamela Hubbard (5,887), Elaine Lauterborn (5,851) and Rose Marie Rogers (5,474); Republicans Julie Brown (5,739), James Twombly (5,623), and Warren Groen (5,531); and Others (49).[6]
