William Outten
William R. "Bobby" Outten (b. October 1, 1948) is a former Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 30 from 2005 to 2018. Outten did not file to run for re-election in 2018.
Biography
When he served in the state House, Outten had worked as a meter reader for Conectiv and as a supervisor for Delmarva Power and Light.

2008
On November 4, 2008, Outten won re-election to the Delaware House of Representatives from Delaware's 30th District. Outten ran unopposed in the general election, and he received 6,921 votes.[10] Outten raised $14,411 for his campaign.[11]

When he served in the state House, Outten served as governor of the Delaware Jaycees. He was also a member of the Harrington High School Scholarship Foundation Board, Harrington Lions Company, Harrington Moose Lodge and Harrington Sons of American Legion.[12]
