United States Circuit Court for the District of Tennessee

The United States Circuit Court for the District of Tennessee was established on February 24, 1807, to have appellate jurisdiction over the Eastern and Western judicial districts. It was abolished on March 22, 1808, by an act which established Eastern and Western circuits in its stead.[1]
