Biography
Education
Clark earned a bachelor of science in journalism and a bachelor of arts in history from the University of Kansas in 1990, a master's degree in public administration from Saint Louis University in 1993, a J.D. from Saint Louis University in 1998, and a master's degree in judicial studies from the University of Nevada-Reno in 2019.[1]
Career
Clark was previously a judge of the 22nd Circuit Court in Missouri. He was appointed by Gov. Eric Greitens (R) on March 31, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Thomas J. Frawley.[1] Before, Clark served as an associate judge for the 22nd Circuit Court. He was appointed to that position in 2006.[2]

Missouri held general elections for local judicial offices on November 8, 2016. A primary election took place on August 2, 2016. The filing deadline for those wishing to run in the primary was March 29, 2016. Judges running in a retention election on November 8 had to file by August 23.[3] Thomas C. Clark II was retained in the Missouri 22nd Circuit, Division 14, Associate Judge election with 65.47 percent of the vote. [4]
