- Fixing our Roads After working for the Division of Highways, I gained a wealth of knowledge in what works and what does not work when it comes to our roads. With my plan, our roads will get better and I saw this with confidence because one truly cannot grasp how to get things done about roads until you've "been in the belly of the beast."
- Expanding Broadband West Virginia lacks good high quality internet and in the modern era, internet connection is essential. I have done extensive work on broadband policy and will continue to help West Virginians close the internet connection gap.
- Eliminating the Income Tax When people have more independence with their money, they are better off overall. By eliminating the income tax, people have more money in their pocket and more businesses will want to come to West Virginia, bringing many jobs.
