|It's a form of "leftist" insanity that surrounds the pseudo-environmentalism that has now become "the green new deal." United Nations Agenda 21 (now 20/30) is now the driving force behind most of the legislation coming out of Salem. It is also the roadmap being used by our Federal Government, with the Chinese Communist Party serving as the globalist template for centralized control. Our national sovereignty is being destroyed. So is our individual sovereignty and our Constitutional rights. Our way of life is under attack, and I believe that with your help, I can make a difference by joining with other conservative Republicans in the Oregon Senate. I am not a career politician. I am a grassroots candidate with experience as a School Board Director and as a Precinct Committeeperson.
Send me to Salem and I will always vote in alignment with the Republican Party Platform.- The Marxist Democrats are completely in control now, and many of our Senators have been trying to seek common ground with them. This is a mistake that has led to the passage of a number of horrible bills. I will work with the handful of truly conservative Republican Senators who are committed to "holding the line" and voting with our Platform. We never gain anything when we try to make deals with these Dems, and my opponent, David Brock Smith, continues to make this mistake over and over again. His voting record is filled with the evidence of compromised integrity... and his CPAC record is under 70%. This should be unacceptable to all Republicans who embrace conservative values. I promise to maintain a 90%+ CPAC rating.
- Property ownership rights are so important to me as an owner of property in rural Southwest Oregon. The new Private Forest Accord is an abomination to all of us who believe in our right to control what we worked so hard to buy. It is especially egregious to those of us who make our living in the Timber-industry. Our counties are going broke, our schools are suffering, and all county services are being impacted... but worst of all, we are losing our ability to control our own property, and to manage it as we feel best. This is unconstitutional and we must fight back NOW! I will push back on legislation that results in this type of government over-reach, and I will work hard to eliminate restrictive regulations that accomplish nothing.
- Being a member of a School Board, I am keenly aware of the frustration that parents are feeling with Oregon's public school system. Our quality of education is horrible and the amount of "woke" indoctrination is beyond reproach. It's time to do something different and I believe "School Choice" is the right answer. I will do everything possible to make this happen. I will also protect the rights of parents in every aspect. Guardianship belongs to mothers and fathers until our children are 18 years old, and the State of Oregon needs to allow us to make the decisions that affect our children without interference. HB2002b needs to be repealed immediately!
We should serve with the highest level of integrity and honesty, recognizing that personal gain has no place in the heart of a true public servant.
We should also remain true to the United States Constitution, which is the highest law of the land.
We should educate ourselves on every important issue and we should always be willing to listen to different opinions before making a decision.
Problem solving is based on conceptualization... and communication.
I have been a Residential Building Contractor for a number of years, and I can design and build anything.
I was four.
Six or seven years.
Jesus uses it to teach me all about "reality." I'm a concept man... what can I say?
(You know it's gonna be alright!)
(I'm getting better, but I still don't like it)
Career politicians often forget what it feels like to live the life of a working person, and this is a disconnection that is often difficult to overcome. That is why many somewhat inexperienced grassroots candidates (like me) are becoming more preferable to voters. We know what the average person in our District needs and wants. We are actually running for office because we want to serve our fellow citizens who we relate to.
Alright:
One day a mighty Lion took a walk through his kingdom to affirm his position of authority.
He came upon a monkey swinging in a tree, and he bellowed "WHO IS THE KING OF THE JUNGLE," to which the monkey replied, "you are, sir." The Lion snarled "That's right little monkey!"
After walking a little way, the Lion came upon A giraffe who was eating on the top of a tree. The Lion bellowed "WHO IS THE KING OF THE JUNGLE," to which the giraffe replied, "you are, sir!" The Lion snarled "you better not forget it."
Soon, the Lion came to a large bull-elephant who was standing at the edge of a large mud-hole. The Lion walked up to him and bellowed "WHO IS THE KING OF THE JUNGLE," to which the elephant grabbed the Lion with his trunk, picked him up in the air, slapped him back and forth a few times and then threw the Lion into the middle of the mud-hole.
When speaking about the government as a whole, the public should have unlimited access to all information pertaining to how our tax-dollars are being spent. Without transparency, we have no idea what our elected officials are doing with our hard-earned tax-dollars.
