Scott Cuthbertson was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He earned a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, a graduate degree from Oxford University, and a graduate degree from Georgetown University. Cuthbertson's career experience includes working as a CEO and business consultant.[1]
