Sarah Swanson is the Montana Commissioner of Labor and Industry. She assumed office on August 14, 2023.

Gov. Greg Gianforte (R) appointed Swanson Montana Commissioner of Labor and Industry on August 10, 2023, to replace the interim commissioner, John Elizandro (nonpartisan).^[1]
