Biography
Education
Locke earned his undergraduate degree from Tufts University and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.[2]
Professional career
Prior to joining the court, Locke was an attorney in private practice. He served as a law clerk for Arthur Spatt of the Eastern District of New York, to start his career.[2]
