Huebert won re-election in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 90. He was unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and defeated Merry C. Matthews (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[8][9]

Huebert won re-election to the 90th District Seat in 2010 with no opposition. He was also unopposed in the GOP primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[10]
2008
On November 4, 2008, Huebert was re-elected to the 90th District Seat in the Kansas House of Representatives, defeating Jaque Davis (D).[11] Huebert raised $21,618 for his campaign, while Davis raised $3,579.[12]
