Stephen Smith was a 2014 judicial candidate for the St. Lucie County Court in St. Lucie County, Florida.[1] He previously ran for a seat on the Collier County Court of Florida in 2012.[2]

Primary: He was defeated in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 41.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Philip J. Yacucci.

Smith ran for election to the Collier County Court in the primary on Aug. 14, 2012, but was defeated by incumbent Judge Michael Carr after receiving 34.2% of the vote.[2][4]
