|Richard A. Vasquez born Stockton, Ca has been involved in many different forms of service for the community. As former Trustee of San Joaquin Delta College , he holds a Masters in Education Administration , Bachelor's in Legal Studies and Associates in Criminal Justice. As a club member of Stockton Kawanis, Richard believes students are key factors for underlining success in all areas of economic development. He also is a committee member of Stockton's Measure W and Community Action Board ran though San Joaquin Probation Department, which oversees a mentoring program for students in Lodi Unified Schools. Richard upholds his values by serving on pasted committee's such as: Lodi Arts Commission, Lodi Pets Commission, Lodi Homeless Commission , Lodi Appeals Commission, Lodi Lions International , San Joaquin Delta College Measure L , San Joaquin Delta College Presidents Council and San Joaquin Delta College Foundation Committee. As a former ambassador for John Chiang for Governor of California and intern for Patrick Withrow for San Joaquin County Sheriff, he knows what it takes to be a leader in the community. Richard continues to serve as a public servant in all areas that seek success through positive outcomes. He is now preparing himself for a Doctrine in Law, which he will become a lawyer to better serve the public. Richard will provide student success and support all teachers to better the academic community for all schools in Lodi district.
